DHS REATINER PROGRAM MODE OF INSTRUCTIONS
DHS Trainers are stationed at individual hotels once a week for eight hours to conduct training. All programs and Training needs would be submitted to the Management upon completion
A total of 16 hours minimum (2 times a month) training is conducted. The Training plan is tailored and designed with the management of the hotel and training would be conducted for the whole calendar year
All training programs would be carried out in a systematic approach focusing on the 4 tiers of evaluation
Hospitality establishments may not need to employ training personnel which consequently contributes to higher expenditure such as (Bonuses, Income Tax, EPF, etc). This is in line with the new dimensions of Human Resources - Outsourcing
Hospitality could determine the training schedule for the whole year
Training programs offered emphasis on the needs of the Hospitality Industry
Hospitality establishments could choose up to 100 training programs related to the hospitality industry

PROGRAM METHODOLOGY
Step 1: DHS would receive letter of Intent from Organizations on the Training needs
Step 2: The Organization and DHS would have a Service agreement On the Training programs to be conducted on a Monthly basis for a period of 12 months
Step 3: Hotels to Accommodation (Full Board) for DHS Trainers for the duration of training.
Step 4: DHS would train the individuals for a period of 2 -5 consecutive days as to the package.
Step 5: Training report submitted monthly to the HR department
